  • How do I update my mobile number?

    You can update your mobile number through the app. You will find the option to update your number in the settings tab under your profile.

  • How can I change my email address?

    You can always change your email address through the app. You will find the option to change your email in the settings tab under your profile.

  • How do I opt-out of receiving notifications?

    MONEYAP will send you notifications when you make purchases or withdraw money from your online digital banking account. We use push notifications, SMS, and email as our primary communication channels to inform you of your activity. We may also send you MONEYAP updates to your email from time to time. While you can edit the permissions for push notifications through the app, you cannot opt out from receiving transactional notifications. If you wish to stop receiving marketing emails, you can select the unsubscribe option that appears at the bottom of the email.

  • How can I keep track of my daily spending?

    You can track your daily spending by viewing the transaction activity in your app directly on your dashboard or use our Spend Analytics tool for deeper insights into your spending activity and habits.
