  • Who can sign up for MONEYAP?

    As long as you are over the age of 18 and have a valid ID, you can create an account with MONEYAP in seconds. You do not need a minimum salary or balance requirements necessary – just a mobile number and ID!

  • Do I need data or Wi-Fi to use this service?

    Yes. Like most apps, you will need cellular data or a WI-FI connection to use our online digital banking app. Having an internet connection ensures you get real-time notifications wherever you are.

  • What are the system requirements for my phone/device?

    To use our online digital banking app on iOS, we support all versions from 11.4 and above. If you are using an Android, version 6.0 or more works just fine.

  • Do you offer joint accounts?

    No. Your online digital banking account is your own. The beauty of MONEYAP is receiving personalized insights into your spending habits.

  • I signed up. Now what?

    Once you create your online digital banking account with MONEYAP, you get an allocated BBAN from ADB that will be activated as soon as we verify your account. Once your account is verified, we will deliver your MONEYAP card straight to your door and notify you to set up your pin in-app. Then, simply create your pin and top up your account to begin using MONEYAP!

  • How long do I have to wait to use MONEYAP once I sign up?

    You will be allocated an BBAN from ADB as soon as you sign up. Once you are verified, your BBAN will be activated, and we will create a virtual debit card for you. Your physical debit card, by Mastercard, will be sent to you within two days.

  • My MONEYAP account got rejected – why?

    There is a slight chance that an application may get rejected due to compliance reasons, keeping in line with regulatory policies. We will inform you immediately if that is the case.
