Why did my transfer fail?

YAP reserves the right to decline any fund transfer request if;

  • There are insufficient funds available in the customer’s account.
  • The beneficiary’s details provided are incomplete.
  • The fund transfer request exceeds the allowed amount per day.
  • The transfer request is non-compliant with the current rules of the country.
  • Any compliance issues raised due to your transfer request.
